To access your ClickBank paychecks within your ClickBank account click the Reporting Tab > Paychecks.

Once there, you will be able to see a detailed description of all the payments you’ve received from ClickBank thus far. Confused on how to read the account detail? Look no further than the descriptions below!

  • Payment Frequency– How often you are paid; this parameter was selected when you set up your account.
  • Balance Forward– This is an unpaid balance that needs to be paid to you when from a previous pay period. The reserve rate can overlap based on your pay period. (See below for more detail)
  • Credits– The revenues you’ve collected in this pay period from the selling of your products
  • Debits– Any customer returns, chargebacks, ClickBank fees or related items
  • Release– After the six pay period holding time, ClickBank releases a set of funds reserved for refunds.
  • Allowance– The figure shown here is the stockpiled allowance. The amount retained is equivalent to six pay periods.

After all of those figures are factored in, the amount listed under Payment Net Balance is the amount you will receive. This amount is paid out according to the way you set up your preferences. This includes paper check, direct deposit etc.

You also have the ability to export your report in a .csv file should for your records.

A: ClickBank withholds a fraction from each payment that is credited back to your account after 12 weeks (about 84 days). ClickBank may adjust your return allowance at any time.

Q: I had some money in my account a while ago and why is my balance $0 now?

A: Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of inactivity, $5 per pay period after 180 days of inactivity, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of inactivity.
