Rich started in sales before the law allowed him to have a driver’s license at the age of 15. That was back in 1985. Since then he has written the sales curriculum and trained 1,000’s of sales people in his career. By age 22 Rich had 250 sales people working under him. Rich spent 12 years of his sales and sales management career in the financial industry selling high end investments 

($100K min. purchase) to high net-worth individuals. During that time, he sat on the board of directors as the Director of Investor Relations of a Commerical Real Estate Firm. During his tenure he assembled a team that played a large role in raising just under 40 million dollars from high net-worth individuals. In addition, Rich is the former President of The National Catastrophe Association. After selling training, coaching and mentoring for various different BizOps for years he founded The Prosperity Club in 2018. The Prosperity Club continues to be one of the leading sales agencies in the industry today.
