CPM is the Cost Per Thousand impressions. If you purchase 100,000 impressions at an $8 CPM rate,
then you will owe $800 (100,000/1,000=100*$8).

SHOULD I BUY ADVERTISING ON CLICKBANK FOR THE PRODUCTS I’M PROMOTING?
Most likely, NO. ClickBank advertising is for advertisements within the ClickBank platform to people who are already ClickBank clients. Unless the product you are promoting is specifically designed to help ClickBank clients (i.e. a product or software that helps affiliates to advertise) then you should NOT promote ClickBank products to ClickBank clients.
WHO SHOULD BE ADVERTISING ON CLICKBANK?
New or existing ClickBank clients who have an APPROVED product in the ClickBank Marketplace and who want to ATTRACT more affiliates to promote their product should purchase advertising space. ClickBank ads are seen by every ClickBank affiliate that logs in. So, your new product will be seen by lots of potential affiliates. If you have an affiliate tools page, advertising on ClickBank to get traffic to that page is the best way to grow your affiliate base.
