Nope! We’ve got your transportation covered! Your private transportation will be awaiting your arrival, and will drive you to the resort as soon as you clear customs.
Additionally, your transportation to the airport will be arranged. We will provide you with your departure time to leave for the airport when you check in at the event.
You will be dropped off at the check in area. As soon as you enter the resort, you will be greeted by members of the ClickBank team who will give you all the information you need for the event!
The event kicks off on October 25th with a Cocktail Reception at 6:00PM, followed by our Welcome Dinner at 7:00PM.
Please keep in mind that some sessions (specifically those hosted by the resort), have a max capacity enforced by the resort. If you are wanting to participate in one of these sessions and they are full, unfortunately you will not be able to participate due to resort regulations. However, we have a TON of other breakout sessions that you can sign up for! If you are wanting to switch to a different session, please reach out to Brett for assistance.
If you are interested in changing your excursion choice, we will accept changes up until you check in at the resort. Please reach out to Brett or Yvette for assistance. We will not be able to accommodate any excursion changes after this time.
Absolutely! All plus ones will be included in the same excursion that the main ticket holder signs up for. Plus ones will not be able to sign up for excursions on their own.
If your Account Manager is also attending Platinum Summit, absolutely! All Account Managers attending the event are 100% wanting to meet up with their clients for 1×1 time. This is your chance to get to know your Account Manager better, and be able to talk business face to face.
Because the “Stay and Play” falls outside of the event dates, there are no activities planned. The “Stay and Play” option allows you to have free time to do whatever you want to do! Go to the beach, explore the area, or relax at the pool, this is YOUR day to spend however you would like.

A single ticket is for one individual person attending the event. A double ticket is for TWO people attending the event sharing ONE room at the resort. Please keep in mind that a double ticket does not include two separate rooms.
If you are interested in arriving early, please contact Brett or Yvette. They will introduce you to the resort to ensure you receive the best rate possible for your early arrival. Please note, the resort will honor our group rate for up to two days prior to the event (October 23rd/24th). If you plan to stay longer than October 29th please purchase the stay and play option at checkout. If you plan to extend your stay beyond October 30th please reach out to Brett or Yvette, as you will need to be introduced to the venue to purchase your additional nights stay.
