We manage refund and chargeback processing/disputes. We field inbound requests that are segmented according to need or inquiry and then routed to the appropriate staff or vendor to be addressed. We utilize a ticket system to facilitate and track communication between you, ClickBank and customers.

We’re responsible for quite a bit–from accepting sales in multiple currencies to relieving you from the administrative hassle of selling online. We provide you with the ability to accept a wide variety of payment types, minimizing the risk that your customer will drop an order mid-process. We manage payments allowing you to make sales in multiple currencies around the world. We handle the collection and remittance of taxes/VAT, payment of affiliates, and 1099 processing. Bradley J. Wiskirchen, Chairman of the Board
Bradley J. Wiskirchen is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for ClickBank, and CEO of Keynetics and its subsidiary Kount. Formerly, he served as the CEO of ClickBank.
Wiskirchen joined Keynetics in 2005. His skills and experience in business, technology and law give Keynetics an edge in strategic planning and negotiation in the Internet sector. Under his guidance, Keynetics has become one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held technology companies. Kount has become the premier fraud prevention solution for card-not-present merchants, and affiliate marketing giant ClickBank has grown to be one of the world’s largest online retailers.
Among his many industry and community involvements, Wiskirchen serves as a Director of the Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He is also the co-founder and former Chair of the Idaho Software Employers Alliance (ISEA) which merged with the Idaho Technology Council (ITC) in 2010. Additionally, Wiskirchen has held board positions with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Boise State University Office of Technology Transfer, FUNDSY, Discovery Center of Idaho, Intermountain Venture Forum and many other organizations.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Wiskirchen was a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart, where he managed the firm’s Business Entities and Transactions Practice Group. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing and debt and equity financings.
He was awarded a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Matt Hulett, CEO
Matt Hulett, Chief Executive Office of ClickBank, is a seasoned tech executive and serial entrepreneur who has a proven track record of successfully building profitable companies from scratch. Matt is currently reinvigorating the digital platform company into a fast-growing business by strengthening and expanding end-to-end user experience.
Prior to ClickBank, Matt joined GameHouse as Chief Revenue Officer in 2009, and assumed the top post of the division in July 2010. Previously, Matt was the CEO of AdXpose where he led the business pivot combined with new capital which lead to a success acquisition by comScore. Before AdXpose, Matt served as president of the corporate travel division of Expedia, Inc. where he launched the corporate travel business from an idea to a billion dollar worldwide leader in just a couple of years. Prior to Expedia, he was the founding partner at AtomFilms (acquired by Viacom), and president of Atom Entertainment. Prior to those positions, Matt was the founding consumer products leader at RealNetworks, and launched many of the company’s most successful products, including the RealPlayer and its premium subscription businesses.
Rachelle Brower, Vice President of Accounting
Rachelle Brower is the Vice President of Accounting for ClickBank and for its parent company, Keynetics.
Brower joined Keynetics in February 2002. She has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Idaho, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Brower has been instrumental in the development of Keynetics’ payment processing relationships, foreign currency conversion systems, accounting and finance system implementation, cash management strategies, cost oversight and reduction processes, internal controls and equity plan administration. She also manages the company’s banking, audit, tax and valuation relationships, and plays a key role in the advancement of its financial infrastructure. Brower is an active member of both the Keynetics Charitable Contribution and Employee Recognition Committees.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Brower worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1995 through 2000, auditing publicly traded and privately held organizations, and preparing companies for initial public offerings. In 2000, she co-founded an Internet company that delivered online solutions for property management companies nationwide. She continues to be a strong advocate for entrepreneurial endeavors by supporting individuals in their pursuit of innovation.
Jennifer Johannsen, Vice President of Operations
Jennifer joined ClickBank in January 2000. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boise State University. In 2004, Johannsen was promoted to VP of Operations where she oversees the Client and Customer Service teams and the Business Services Department. Prior to ClickBank, Jennifer was in restaurant management and also worked in sales and distribution for various local Idaho companies.
Jeffrey Leget, Vice President Strategy & International
Jeff joined ClickBank in 2005. His current MBA efforts expand upon his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado State University. In this role, his emphasis is on executing and expanding ClickBank’s strategic plan initiatives. Toward this goal he is primarily focused on growing ClickBank within established international markets as well as reaching new and emerging geographies. Formerly the VP of Business Data Services, he developed cost-effective, resilient, fault-tolerant system architectures that continue to support ClickBank’s aggressive business model. ClickBank’s business architecture has undergone a dramatic transformation to ensure its capabilities and stability well into the future. Prior to joining ClickBank, Jeff was the Director of Application Support Services at Corporate Express, now Staples, where he managed the company’s multi-billion dollar proprietary sales, warehouse management, and e-commerce applications. Leget is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys coaching soccer, triathlons, skiing, and wake boarding.
Kate Lenz, Vice President of Human Resources
Kate Lenz is Vice President, Human Resources at Kount, ClickBank, and parent company Keynetics.
Kate joined Keynetics in 2005. She attended Brigham Young University and maintains Professional, Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is responsible for all recruiting, retention programs and employee benefit vendor selection and management for the Keynetics family. She has ten years of human resources experience in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Keynetics, Kate was a Human Resources Manager with Plexus, an electronic manufacturing services provider where she worked for eight years overseeing all local recruitment and staffing needs for a team of 500+ employees.
Kate Wallace, Vice President of Client Development
Kate joined ClickBank in 2010 and is responsible for the client-facing strategies for growth and the optimization of the business relationships that make ClickBank an industry leader in digital product e-commerce. She is responsible for managing both the Premier and Apex programs, directed at the company’s largest vendor and affiliate accounts, as well as the Client Support and International Focus teams. She holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. Wallace is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Agile ScrumMaster, and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. Prior to joining ClickBank, Kate worked for Hewlett Packard for over ten years in various roles including Development, Marketing, Business Development, and Professional Services. She has been a certified Project Manager for over fifteen years and has managed a broad variety of enterprise-wide projects and quality improvement efforts at Fortune 500 companies. Kate is an avid Idaho outdoors enthusiast who enjoys road and mountain biking, running, and backpacking, as well as independent movies and music.
Ray Morris, Vice President of Technology
Ray joined ClickBank as Vice President of Technology in March 2013. Over the past 25 years, Ray has held varying leadership positions including VP Product Development, CIO, CTO and COO roles. Most recently, Ray was CIO & CTO at Vertis Communications, and prior to Vertis, he was COO at GreatCal, a San Diego-based communications and services provider. Ray has worked with successful start-ups as well as large multi-national corporations. He brings extensive experience building and improving sophisticated, scalable, extensible platforms, products and services and successfully bringing them to market.
Beau Blackwell, Director of Education
Beau joined ClickBank in 2008. He has a B.A. in Philosophy and International Affairs from Colorado College. He is in charge of developing educational content to support ClickBank vendors and affiliates, including the ClickBank Blog, Help Center, Insider Radio Podcast and more. Prior to joining ClickBank, Beau worked for a variety of e-commerce companies, where he specialized in online marketing techniques including PPC, SEO, social media, media buying and affiliate marketing. Despite his corporate background, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his work at ClickBank, allowing him to identify strongly with the challenges and aspirations of vendors and affiliates.
Tom Denig, Director of Risk Operations
Tom joined ClickBank in 2001. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia. At ClickBank he oversees a team that provides state-of-the-art risk control that protects ClickBank’s vendors and customers. Working with Kount’s fraud control solution, as well as an internally developed quality control console, he works to substantially reduce losses due to fraud, minimize exposure with external regulators, and increase the quality of ClickBank’s portfolio of products. Prior to joining ClickBank, Tom was the warehouse and shipping manager at HomeandStyle.net, an Indonesian import company. When away from work, he enjoys telemark skiing, surfing, mountain biking, running, and Yahtzee.
Mark Hellbusch, Director of IT Operations
Mark joined ClickBank in 2009. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He uses his business background coupled with his IT experience to bring about progressive changes that stay in-step with ClickBank’s strategic initiatives. His continued focus on cost-effective, high availability and secure client Infrastructure will ensure ClickBank’s stability and growth well into the future. Prior to joining ClickBank, Mark was a System Engineer at Corporate Express, now Staples. Mark balances his life outside of work with family, friends and enjoying all of the outdoor adventures that Colorado has to offer.
Che Horder, Director of Business Intelligence
Che joined ClickBank in 2008. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In his role, he’s responsible for gathering data from all of ClickBank’s transactional systems and transforming the data into information that is useful and consumable by ClickBank’s clients and executives. He is dedicated to finding creative ways to enhance the data and provide business insights. Che is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Prior to joining ClickBank, he was a consultant with Price Waterhouse, now IBM, and also managed multimillion dollar IT projects for Level 3 Communications. Outside of the office, Che enjoys cycling, skiing and hiking and spending time with his young family.
Andrew Hust, Director of Software Development
Andrew joined ClickBank in 2006. He studied Computer Science at Metropolitan State University. He uses his development skills to lead a team to create tested, maintainable, highly available, scalable application stacks that support ClickBank’s high concurrency and volume requirements. Prior to joining ClickBank, Andrew was a consultant for Fenix Systems, where he worked on several e-commerce, accounting, back office management and affiliate applications. When away from work, he enjoys racquetball, board games and geocaching with his family.
Chris McClave, Director of Product Management
Chris joined ClickBank in 2010 and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. As the Director of Product Management, he is responsible for establishing the product strategy and governing the evolving direction of the ClickBank product portfolio. With expertise in quantitative analysis, strategic management, product planning and channel support, Chris brings a disciplined approach towards identifying and satisfying pervasive market needs for online entrepreneurs.
Blake Napier, Director of Business Development
Blake joined ClickBank in 2012 and leads ClickBanks’ global strategic partnership efforts. he is directly responsible for sourcing and managing world-class partnerships that produce meaningful strategic value for ClickBank and its customers. Blake has over 20 years of experience in a variety of executive management, sales, marketing, and business development roles in both Fortune100 companies and startup organizations. Prior to joining ClickBank, he was with Amazon.com as Director of Business Development and worked on a number of key initiatives, including strategic business development and managed business units that recruited strategic business partners on Amazon.com that today drive over a third of Amazon unit sales. Prior to Amazon.com, Blake held the position of Senior Director of WorldWide Business Development at ChannelAdvisor Corporation, a privately held SaaS technology company. In this position, he was responsible for building and expanding global revenue and relationships with new and existing agencies and technical integration partners.
When not at work, he spends his time with his wife and three children hiking, biking, skiing, and rooting on his alma mater, Boise State University.
