Mark joined ClickBank in 2015 and holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.

As the Director of Customer Care, Mark is responsible for the performance of our Customer Care teams. Mark has over 30 years of experience in contact center management including service, BPO Management, sales and collections. Mark has also published several articles for the International Call Center Management Institute.
