1. SPONSOR:
Click Sales Inc. dba ClickBank (“Sponsor”), 1444 S. Entertainment Ave. Suite 410, Boise, ID 83709.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The ClickBank Affiliate Contest (the “Contest”) is only open to those who are, at the time of entry, (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age, and (b) current affiliates registered to Sponsor’s affiliate program.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents (each, a “Representative”) of Sponsor or Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and all other service agencies involved with the Contest, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household of each such Representative (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these
ClickBank Affiliate Contest Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Contest begins on September 1, 2025, at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
Affiliates will be automatically entered into the Contest by making sales of Sponsor’s products during the Contest Period.
5. PRIZES:
First prize: One (1) ticket to the Platinum Summit in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, from October 25-29, 2025 (the “Platinum Summit”), plus airfare. The ticket includes a room and meals at an all-inclusive resort, as well as transportation to and from the resort and airport.
- Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,800
- ARV of ticket: $3,800
- Airfare reimbursement: Up to $1,000
- Contest winner must purchase their own airfare ticket and provide the receipt to Sponsor via email to shannon.smith@clickbank.com. Sponsor will then provide Visa gift card for the actual amount of the flight (capped at $1,000).
- Sponsor will not reimburse the winner for any amount over $1,000, even if the winner’s airfare ticket costs more than $1,000.
Second prize: 50% off a Platinum Summit entry ticket
- ARV: $1,900
Third prize: 50% off a Platinum Summit entry ticket
- ARV: $1,900
Except as expressly provided above as part of the prizes, winners are responsible for all expenses incurred in attending the Platinum Summit, including, without limitation, remaining entry ticket fees, and any additional travel, hotel, and transport costs that are not already included in the ticket.
The difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (or to the extent required by applicable law).
Each winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
On or around October 1, 2025, Sponsor will generate an automated report showing the sales numbers of all affiliates that made sales of Sponsor’s products during the Contest Period. The affiliate with the most sales will win the first prize listed above. The affiliates with the second and third highest sales will win the second and third prizes listed above.
On or around October 2, 2025, Sponsor will notify each winner of the Contest via email (at the email address associated with the winner’s affiliate account). Each winner will be required to email shannon.smith@clickbank.com to claim their prize by October 7, 2025, 11:59:59 pm MT. A winner that does not claim their prize by this deadline will be disqualified, and the affiliate with the next highest sales will be notified. You will not be notified if you are not a winner of the Contest.
Winners are subject to verification. The winner may be disqualified and the applicable prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion if: (a) a winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules; (b) attempted notification is returned as undeliverable; (c) any required documents are not returned within the required number of days; (d) a winner cannot be verified; or (e) a winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize as stated. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to the affiliate with the next highest number of sales.
Furthermore, each winner must: (i) maintain good account status with Sponsor; (ii) not have a suspended or terminated account with Sponsor at any time during the Contest Period and the Platinum Summit; and (iii) be in compliance with their Client Contract with Sponsor during the duration of the Contest (including the Contest Period) and the Platinum Summit. With respect to subsection (ii), any suspension or termination of the winner’s account during the duration of the Contest (including the Contest Period) and the Platinum Summit, even if only for a single day, will result in disqualification from the Contest. In the event a winner fails to meet the requirements above, they may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to the affiliate with the next highest number of sales.
Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of attempted notification, or the prize may be forfeited.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all aspects.
7. RELEASE AND LIABILITY:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, and its and their Representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith; (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, indirect, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
8. PUBLICITY:
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, each winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, failures, or interruptions that may affect the automatic entry process, including but not limited to: incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer systems, software, servers, or providers; viruses, bugs, or other technical malfunctions; unauthorized access to or alteration of entry data; miscommunications; failed transmissions; or any other technical or human error that may occur in the generation, transmission, or processing of automatic entries.
Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entry data, regardless of cause, nor for any failure of the automatic entry system to properly capture or store entry information due to any reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, bug(s), virus(es), technical failure(s), or any other factor(s) beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If any provision of these Official Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Official Rules.
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION:
The Contest and the Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The parties specifically agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Contest and/or the Official Rules.
The Contest and the Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho, other than such laws, rules, regulations, and case law that would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of Idaho. Entrant irrevocably consents to, and agrees that entrant is subject to, the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boise, Idaho, with respect to any legal action brought under or in connection with the subject matter of the Contest and/or the Official Rules. Entrant irrevocably waives any objection to the laying of the venue of any legal action brought under or in connection with the subject matter of the Contest and/or the Official Rules in the state or federal courts sitting in Boise, Idaho, and agrees not to plead or claim in such courts that any such action has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
