Chief Executive Officer

Matt Hulett, Chief Executive Officer of ClickBank, is a seasoned tech executive and serial entrepreneur who has a proven track record of successfully building profitable companies from scratch. Matt is currently reinvigorating ClickBank into a fast-growing business by strengthening and expanding end-to-end customer experience.

Prior to ClickBank, Matt was the President of casual gaming leader, GameHouse.  Previously, Matt was the CEO of AdXpose where he led the business pivot combined with new capital which lead to a success acquisition by comScore. Before AdXpose, Matt served as president of the corporate travel division of Expedia, Inc. where he launched the corporate travel business from an idea to a billion dollar worldwide leader in just a couple of years. Prior to Expedia, he was the founding partner at AtomFilms (acquired by Viacom), and president of Atom Entertainment. Prior to those positions, Matt was the founding consumer products leader at RealNetworks, and launched many of the company’s most successful products, including the RealPlayer and its premium subscription businesses.


Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Michael, Chief Financial Officer of ClickBank, brings more than three decades of experience overseeing financial strategy, management and reporting for businesses from startups to highly valued companies. Glenn is focused on leading ClickBank’s financial objectives, including budgetary planning and cost management of strategic investments and business activities needed for ClilckBank’s continued growth.

Prior to ClickBank, Glenn served as the CFO for consumer products startup, My Dirty Jobs, LLC. Prior to that position, he was a General Partner with Highway 12 Ventures and successfully led three investments for the early stage funding venture capital firm. He has also served as a CFO at Dedicated Devices, Inc., where he directed two funding rounds for the technology startup, and at SCP Global Technologies, Inc., a privately held semiconductor equipment manufacturer.

Glenn is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and enjoys golfing, rafting, skiing and coaching basketball.


Chief Technology Officer

Ray joined ClickBank as Vice President of Technology in March 2013, and has recently assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer. Over the past 25 years, Ray has held varying leadership positions including VP Product Development, CIO, CTO and COO roles. Most recently, Ray was CIO & CTO at Vertis Communications, and prior to Vertis, he was COO at GreatCal, a San Diego-based communications and services provider. Ray has worked with successful start-ups as well as large multi-national corporations. He brings extensive experience building and improving sophisticated, scalable, extensible platforms, products and services and successfully bringing them to market.


Vice President of Marketing

Corey Davis, Vice President of Marketing at ClickBank, has a successful 15-year track record leading high-profile technology and Internet companies. As the VP of Marketing for ClickBank, he is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that attract and retain digital media entrepreneurs and strategic distribution partners.

Prior to ClickBank, Davis served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for iTOK, Inc., where he drove triple-digit revenue growth. He also co-founded Vucci, Inc. in 2008, serving first as Chief Marketing Officer before stepping into the Chief Executive Officer role to create virtual hotel desktops and concierge services. Davis has led marketing for a portfolio of startups and established companies including Finicity, United Online, Ancestry.com, Sundance Catalog Company, PointClick, and Symantec.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and his MBA from the University of Utah.


Vice President of Operations

Jennifer Johannsen joined ClickBank in January 2000. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boise State University. In 2004, Johannsen was promoted to VP of Operations where she oversaw the Client and Customer Service teams and the Business Services Department. Prior to ClickBank, Jennifer worked in sales and distribution for various local Idaho companies.  Part of the company from its founding, Jennifer knows every aspect of ClickBank’s business and is the go-to for all things ClickBank.


Vice President of Risk & Compliance

Jeff Leget, Vice President of Risk & Compliance at ClickBank, joined ClickBank in 2005. He received his MBA from Colorado State University. Jeff’s career spans over 20 years in a variety of technology and executive business roles. Prior to joining ClickBank, Jeff served as the Director of Application Support Services at Corporate Express, now Staples, where he was responsible for the integrity of the company’s $9 Billion proprietary applications. Jeff also worked at (i)Structure, a division of Level(3) Communications, where he developed security and capacity planning products for the company’s Fortune 500 managed service clients.


Vice President of Human Resources

Kate Lenz is Vice President, Human Resources at Kount, ClickBank, and parent company Keynetics.

Kate joined Keynetics in 2005. She attended Brigham Young University and maintains Professional, Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is responsible for all recruiting, retention programs and employee benefit vendor selection and management for the Keynetics family. She has ten years of human resources experience in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Keynetics, Kate was a Human Resources Manager with Plexus, an electronic manufacturing services provider where she worked for eight years overseeing all local recruitment and staffing needs for a team of 500+ employees.


Vice President of Product Management

Chris joined ClickBank in 2010 and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. As the Vice President of Product Management, he is responsible for establishing the product strategy and governing the evolving direction of the ClickBank product portfolio. With expertise in quantitative analysis, strategic management, product planning and channel support, Chris brings a disciplined approach towards identifying and satisfying pervasive market needs for online entrepreneurs.
