Although ClickBank allows a huge variety of products, there are a few basic criteria that all products need to meet. They are:

Original

• All products must be original or appropriately licensed, and cannot infringe on the intellectual property of others.

Digitally Delivered

• All products must be delivered to customers digitally, via web pages, downloadable files, or email within 24 hours of purchase. Immediate delivery is preferred. You must inform the customer at the time of purchase when they should expect product delivery.

Supplemental Material (Optional)

• You may also offer shipped delivery of printed media (for example books, CDs, and DVDs) to customers, provided that it is clearly complimentary and not essential to the operation of the original digitally downloaded product.
