To access ClickBank’s original analytics reporting, go to the Reporting tab and select Analytics on the sub navigation. Then, under the left hand navigation, click the link that says Back to Original Analytics. This will take you to Transaction Analytics, which allows you to select parameters in order to group transaction data by tracking code, vendor, affiliate, vendor, product, and hour of the day.

You may view the most recent 90 days of aggregated transaction data. Hop data is only available for the most recent thirty days.

The report will produce results for the time period and parameters selected. The columns in the result set may vary from report to report.

  • # Hops: The total number of Hops.
  • # Sales: The total number of sales.
  • # Refunds: The total number of refunds.
  • # Chargebacks: The total number of chargebacks.
  • # Net Sales: The total number of sales minus refunds and chargebacks.
  • $ Sales: The gross sales dollars.
  • $ Refunds: The total refund dollars.
  • $ Chargebacks: The total chargebacks dollars.
  • $ Net Sales: The gross sales dollars minus refunds and chargebacks.
  • Average $ Per Sale: The average dollar amount per sale.
  • Hops Per Order: The total number of Hops per order.
  • $ Per Hop: The total amount of gross sales dollars per Hop.
  • % Of Sales $: The percentage of overall gross sales dollars.
  • Refund %: The percentage of gross sales dollars that were refunded.
  • Chargeback %: The percentage of gross sales dollars that were charged back.
