I'd even be happy with PayPal in the interim - what can this "affiliate powered e-commerce business" do for your publishers/affiliates in Japan? (You would not believe the grief and expense it takes to have an English language check cashed here - a country where banks see a piece of paper not in Japanese presented by a foreigner, and it's immediately a mega problem for them. And checks are virtually unknown here in my experience.) I'm more than happy to trial the Paypal transfer between CB and my JP-Paypal account out for you... just say when!
