<description>Question. If the Clickbank vendor has a ?page=10 code after the clickbank.net to direct traffic to a specific page, and I append a tracking code afterwards, how do I structure the code to report correctly?

For example, the URL I am using is

http://AFFILIATE.VENDOR.clickbank.net/?page=10&amp;tid=trackingcode

When I look at my analytic reports, Clickbank does not show any results for &quot;trackingcode&quot; but many for no code.

Thanks for your consideration.
