Hi Bob,

I’m sorry to hear you had trouble reaching us! I'm wondering if your emails did not get through for some reason, or if you were contacting the publisher directly. Did you submit a refund request through our Customer Service form on our website? If so, I definitely want to research why you did not get a response sooner!

I have gone ahead and processed your refund. It was issued yesterday, so it will appear back on your statement within 1 - 5 business days from 8/7/08.

If you ever need to contact us by phone in the future, we do provide a customer service phone number on your credit card statement next to the charge. The same phone number is also listed on the clkbank.com site, which is an additional customer service website we have since CLKBank.com is what appears on most of our customers' statements.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything further.

Thanks,
Jen

Interesting article. You say that a phone number would be helpful, but your company does not provide me with a phone number to contact you. I ordered a service using your company and never received my login or password. I have contacted your company (through email) three times in the last week and have not received any contact from your company. I want a refund, but no contact from you is very poor customer service. This is not a professional way to do business. If I don't hear from you soon, I will take further steps to get a refund through my state's attorney general's office. I hope to get this issue resolved and move on to another company that will provide me with better customer service. I am frustrated that nobody from clickbank cares about me and my complete dissatisfaction with being scammed out of my money.

This has been a very helpful article. The more information, the
better, however there is also no substitute for learning as you go. It
just makes things smoother when you do have some reliable information.
I've tried many different things to get better conversion rates, but
you really need to get your education by
trial and error, while following the people who know what they're doing.
