Hi David, the date for the U.S. meeting has not be set yet, but will probably be late summer, early fall.

Sergey, registration opens here on the blog tomorrow (Thursday, May 1) at 9:00 a.m. PST.

Sarah, the meeting will be held at a hotel in Central London and will be free of charge.
